The map reproduced here is based on a map originally drawn by Mary Walker (later Mary Brown) at Salem School, Salem, Ohio in 1826.    A faithful copy of the Walker-Brown map was drawn by George A. Patterson.   This copy is in the collection of the Ohio Historical Society in Columbus, Ohio. Patterson added meetings located in the Pennsville Quarterly Meeting that were not present in the original map.

The reproduction found here is a copy of the Patterson map as it appeared in Ohio Archaeplogical and History Quarterly vol XXXVII (1928).

The cities of Cleveland, New Philadelphia, Zanesville and Marietta are shown on the map merely to furnish approximate locations.
