Several of his descendants were able to prove this lineage and become members of the Order of the Crown of Charlemagne, The Military Order of the Crusades and Magna Charta Barons and Dames. Famous ancestors of Thomas Wynne include, Fulk V of Anjou, theKing of Jerusalem, and the father of the Geoffrey Plantagenet who married Matilda, the daugher of King Henry I of England and was, beginning with their son Henry II, the ancestor of a line of English Plantagenet Kings which ended with Richard III (1452-1485).
