Did Elizabeth Hewes marry John Pedrick?
They would be first cousins so therefore unlikely -- In addition there is no record of such a marriage. John Pedrick's will indicates his wife's name was Elizabeth BUT it also lists the children:

Gilbert Cope in History of Chester pp 405-406: "In regard to the Hewes family, Dr. smith says it is supposed that William Hewes came over with Fenwick, in `675, but settled at Chichester, about 1678-'9. I presume the name of his wife was Deborah, and they were both active members of the Chichester Meeting, at the time of its establishment."
When William Hewes II the son of William Hewes and Deborah (Pedrick?) died in 1733 Mikel Pedrick, Thomas Pedrick and Philip Pedrick served as witnesses to the will. Michel Pedrick and Thomas Pedrick performed the inventory of the estate.

In 1835 Mary Ann Pedrick, a descendant of Roger Pedrick, married James m. Woolman, a cousin of the Quaker anti-slavery leader John Woolman, at Woodstown MM New Jersey. See ancestry.com and familysearch.org.
Coincidentally Mary Ann Pedrick was a granddaughter of Mary Ann Barber and Elihu Pedrick. Mary Ann Barber's brother was Isaac Barber (1756-1825) who married Mary Lippincott. Their daughter, also Mary Ann Barber, married Samuel Test (1791-1876) in Ohio in 1815.
