Apparently, your browser does not support frames. Either that or I have screwed up the code for this page. The probability favors the latter option. <p>
However if you are using an old browser, I suggest you go to either the Microsoft website or the Netscape website and download version 3 of their web browser. Its free and it will work on almost any machine no matter how old and slow. I know. I still have an old 486 40 Mhz machine with Windows 3.1 that I used to put together most of this website.
